On 5 July 2025, we will once again transform St Nikolai Church in Berlin-Spandau into an exciting space filled with emotion, rhythm and joie de vivre! Expect a varied evening with the Popchor Spandau, under the direction of choirmaster Oliver Seidel. The Popchor Spandau will be accompanied by a great live band: Kevin Podehl (percussion/saxophone), Philipp Schwendke (bass) and Christopher Peyerl (guitar) will support the choir to make them sound even better than they already do.
Experience well-known pop hits, gospel, Christian songs, body percussion, rap elements and even our own compositions, which create a musical arc between Toto, Billie Eilish, Imagine Dragons, Sido and Natasha Bedingfield. But we won't give everything away – like an astronaut curious to explore new galaxies, you can be curious to find out which songs await you. Let yourself be surprised!
This is perfect for anyone who loves pop music and wants to be carried away by the sound of the choir, their groove and their passion.
